FAQs
Have Questions?
What does it cost?
Ah, the big question. It all depends on the scope. Some engagements are short, focused sprints with a defined output. Others are longer and more embedded. We're transparent about cost from the first conversation, and we'll always work to find an approach that fits your budget. While we're not expensive, we're not cheap. Cheap ain't no good for anyone anyway.
Who do you work with?
We work with NGOs, social enterprises, purpose-led brands and large organisations who are serious about doing business well. We bring big thinking to small organisations, and small thinking to big ones.
We already have a sustainability team — can you still help?
Yep! Most organisations we work with have people already doing the work. What's often missing is an external perspective, commercial framing, or creative mind to bring it all together so it delivers results.
Where do you start?
With a conversation. Before anything else, we need to understand where you are, where you want to get to, and what's getting in the way. From there, we'll figure out the best approach for you given your objectives and budget.
What's the difference between sustainability strategy and sustainability reporting?
Sustainability reporting is about documenting what you've done: it's metrics, compliance, and communication. Sustainability strategy is about deciding what to do and why, then making it work commercially. Most organisations are good at the former and ignore the latter. Reporting and strategy are like apples and rhubarb – great alone, but better together.
How do I turn sustainability into a competitive advantage?
Simply put: stop treating it as a separate workstream. When your sustainability commitments are embedded into your brand, your positioning, and your commercial strategy, they stop being a cost and start being a differentiator. That's the shift we help you make.
What does working with you actually look like?
It depends on what you need. Some clients want a defined project with a clear output — a strategy, a brand framework, a messaging platform. Others want an ongoing thinking partner. We're comfortable with both. Either way, you'll work directly with Kevin, not a junior account team.
